Omg omg! I'm heading over to Bologna next Monday for the Children's Book Fair, I am so excited! [link]
It's awesome just to think of all those editors and writers and illustrators and Wacom Cintiq that will be there and the exhibitions that will take place, omg! I bet I will find a lot of inspiration over there, and maybe I can also buy some nice illustrated books at a discount hehe
I will be there the whole week (from Monday to Friday) so for all of you italian fellow deviants, if you happen to be around, do tell and maybe we can meet!

Other than this, I'm saving money to go to China this summer for one month, to learn some TaijiQuan (Tai Chi) and Wushu Kung Fu from master Yuan XiuGang, in the Wudang mountains. I'm super excited about this also, it's going to take a lot of working to save all that money, but hopefully I'll get enough commissions
I even started taking Chinese classes, right now I can recognize around 20-30 characters, which is not much but I'm making progress

Sorry for the long absence, I've just noticed it's been almost half a year since my last journal!
I'm so busy with work that I barely have time for myself..  :sigh:
